Adelaide Hills Family Dental is equipped with HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities. All current Government dental schemes are accepted including the General Dental Scheme, the Pensioner Denture Scheme, the Emergency Dental Scheme, Veterans Affairs and the Child Dental Benefits Schedule.

Adelaide Hills Family Dental is a BUPA ‘Members First’ Provider, a Medibank ‘Members Choice’ Provider and is part of the HCF ‘More for Teeth’ Program.

These network provider relationships provide the certainty of known out-of-pocket expenses for the specified dental service. Members are entitled to increased benefits on specified dental services. Maximum chargeable fees are stipulated by the above health funds, giving the patient financial peace of mind.Adelaide Hills Family Dental is the first practice in Mount Barker to operate as a health fund network provider. We are committed to a future of providing quality general dental care at an affordable price.

Payment of accounts is required in full on day of treatment.

Bupa-Members-First-Platinum-Dentist-Mt-Barker

Adelaide Hills Family Dental is a preferred BUPA Members First Platinum Network provider. If you are an eligible Bupa member with selected hospital and extras cover, you will receive dental check-ups at no cost.

With BUPA’s new Members First Platinum dental network you’ll now pay no ‘out of pocket expenses’ for a range of common preventative dental services including routine check ups and exams, teeth cleaning, x-rays and fluoride treatments up to annual limits; plus between 60% to 100% back on other dental treatments.

You may also be able to access Bupa’s ‘No Gap Kid’s Dental’ which is available on selected Extra covers for children up the age of 25.

AHFD also offers electronic on-the-spot electronic claiming facilities and alternative Payment options.

Medibank

Adelaide Hills Family Dental is proud to be Medibank Preferred Dentist in Mount Barker and part of Medibank Members’ Choice ‘Advantage’.The Advantage program is a select group of dental clinics where members with extras cover for two months or more can get 100% back on up to TWO dental check-ups every year.

Members’ Choice Advantage Dentist

  • Receive 100% back on two annual check-ups (excludes x-rays)

  • Examinations, scale & clean, surgical extractions and fillings are included in all Medibank extras cover options.

  • Cover for major dental procedures like root canals and crowns depending on your level of cover and subject to annual limits.

If you’ve already had your first check-up for the year at Medibank Members’ Choice dentist (not Members’ Choice Advantage), and you have another check-up at Adelaide Hills Family Dental in the same year, and you will get 100% back for that second check-up. Adelaide Hills Family Dental in Mt Barker is proud to be a HCF preferred provider and part of the ‘More for Teeth’ Program. As a HCF preferred dentist we extend all benefits included in your HCF insurance.

As a HCF member with Extras Cover, you can get 100% back on a range of check-up and preventative dental treatments including:

  • 1 or 2 check-ups per calendar year

  • X-rays
